- PGY 1 Family Practice Emphasis
- 6 weeks Pediatrics
- 6 weeks Obstetrics
- 3 months Internal Medicine
- 1 month ICU
- 1 month General Surgery
- 1 month Emergency Medicine
- 2 months Surgical elective
- 1 half day per week in the Family Practice clinic during the PGY 1 year
- PGY 2 & 3 Requirements
- 4 months Internal Medicine
- 2 months Surgery
- 3 months Obstetrics and Gynecology
- 3 months Pediatrics
- 2 months Emergency Medicine
- 3 half days per week in the Family Practice clinic during the PGY 2 year
- 4 half days per week in the Family Practice clinic during the PGY 3 year
Tracks for Residents who want special emphasis in an area include:
Sports Medicine, Obstetrics, OMM
Medicine electives may be chosen from:
Endocrinology, Allergy Immunology, Hematology/Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Rheumatology
Surgical electives may be picked from:
Urology, Podiatry, Orthopedics, EENT, Ophthalmology
Electives include:
Sports Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Pain/Wound Management, Risk Management/Practice Management, Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Alternative Medicine, Adolescent Medicine
