A1C Champions: Taking Control
This program is a patient led approach to diabetes education. A1C Champions know first-hand the challenges and obstacles to maintaining control of their diabetes. They share diabetes self-management lifestyle strategies based on extensive training and their personal experience with diabetes.
Guest speaker, Leola Collins, will be focusing on taking control of diabetes as she discusses developing a balanced, healthy lifestyle, as well as helping you find additional resources for diabetes support.
