Guided Relaxation: June
Take a moment to experience the healing benefits of intentional rest with instructor Jessica Roodvoets. Accompanied by soothing music, the instructor’s soft voice leads you through a guided visualization to increase body awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, and deepen relaxation. Guided visualization has the power to transform negative thought patterns that send our body into the fight or flight response. It improves not only our outlook, but our health, happiness and state of peace. Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket.
