Stress Management Through Meditation: January Register

Stress is a factor in all of our lives.  It is how you manage it that is important. Meditation has proven to be very effective, but how is it done effectively? Sokuzan Bob Brown and Metro Health Neurologist Dr. Kipp Chillag will be teaching a class on how and why to meditate, and will encourage a daily practice. There will be practice in silent and guided meditation, guided meditation too.  You will also learn about what neuroscience is and just what is going on in our brains during meditation and what medical conditions may benefit from it.
