Car Seat Safety Education
Metro Health offers a free 2-hour session car seat education class for expectant parents. This class covers injury facts, misues, which car seat is best and how to use it, correct installation and more.
Breastfeeding Support Group
Learn specific tips and techniques to make breastfeeding more successful and enjoyable from one of our Lactation Specialists. This free support group provides additional encouragement and support for moms while continuing to breastfeed at home.
Metro Moms Pre & Post Natal Yoga
Pregnancy is a great time to start a fitness program and yoga is a wonderful start. It is gentle, but strength building. It also helps the body prepare for labor and delivery. Yoga helps alleviate stress and encourages connection with a woman’s changing body.
