Taking preventative measures such as receiving regular health screens and practicing  healthy lifestyle habits such as good nutrition and exercise are some the best kinds of medicine. Monitor, manage and prevent disease with by utilizing our free community health screens.

Is leg pain cramping your lifestyle? If so, you may have PAD (peripheral arterial disease) or circulation issues. Risk factors include anyone over the age of 50 with diabetes, a history of smoking or heart disease, high blood pressure or cholesterol, obesity, or a family history of PAD. This quick, painless, non-invasive screen determines if you are at risk. Space is limited. Registration required.

Free Monthly Blood Pressure Screens at Metro Health Hospital

Knowing your numbers is important. The higher your blood pressure, the higher your risk of heart attack, stroke, kidney disease, or dementia. Free screens will be held the first Friday of every month at Metro Health Hospital in the front lobby. No appointment necessary.
