Metro Heart and Vascular’s StAMP program is focused on preventing amputation by offering a different treatment approach to opening the blocked vessels in Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) and Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI). Our physicians and team are passionate about saving patient’s legs. We work in a team approach with your physician and other specialties to give you the best care possible.
I want to be a part of the StAMP program, how do I get referred?
If you feel you are experiencing the symptoms of Peripheral Artery Disease, click here and print our Circulation Health Screening form. Fill it out and bring it to your next doctor’s appointment. You and your doctor can discuss your symptoms and determine if you have PAD. If it is determined that you do have PAD, have your doctor call our office at (616) 252-5950, we can set up an appointment for you with one of our StAMP physicians.
