Looking for a relaxing way to end your workout? Want to ease achy muscles and improve mobility?
The Metro Health Sports Medicine Center offers massage therapy services in our suite at the Spartan Stores YMCA. Both male and female therapists are available for half-hour or full-hour massages. You do not have to be a Metro health patient to take advantage of this service.
Massage Hours
Monday through Friday, 5-7:30 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m.-noon

30 minutes for $35
60 minutes for $65
Scheduling an Appointment
It’s easy to schedule an appointment with one of our experienced massage therapists.
You can:
- Book online. Online appointments are reserved with a credit card, but you won’t be charged until you’ve received services. After your massage, we can go ahead and process your card, or you can pay with a check or cash. Online booking also gives you the opportunity to schedule multiple massages or purchase a gift card.
