take a more active role in their health care thanks to a groundbreaking tool called MyChart. The online service allows people to partner with their doctor to monitor chronic conditions, request prescription refills, schedule appointments, receive health information and securely access their personal health information from anywhere in the world. Metro Health MyChart provides a number of conveniences while helping people take a more active role
in their health care.

Patients at Metro Health Neighborhood Outpatient Centers are now utilizing this new service with great results. Implementation plans are underway for Metro Health Hospital.
