4 Strategic Health Priorities of CHNA 2017

During 2017, Metro Health: University of Michigan Health along with other healthcare and health related non-profit organizations partnered with the Kent County Health Department completed a community health needs assessment (CHNA) for Kent County. The CHNA is necessary for driving priority selection and decision-making within the community using quantitative data and qualitative community perceptions. This is the third assessment of Kent County’s community health improvement efforts for the 648,594 residents of Kent County.
