    How do I get the MyChart Mobile App?

    To get the MyChart mobile app, you first need a MyChart account. If you don’t have a MyChart account, go to the MyChart login page and click the Sign Up Now button. Click here to find links to the MyChart mobile app on the App Store or Google Play and follow the instructions on the page.
