    Accessing Your Healthcare Information with Metro Health’s MyChart Mobile App

    What is the MyChart Mobile App?

    Metro Health’s MyChart Mobile App gives you instant access to your electronic medical record from your iPhone®, iPad© or Andriod® phone. You also have convenient access to the most popular features of the full, online version of MyChart: you can receive test results, view your health history, e-mail your doctor, renew prescriptions and view upcoming and past appointment details.

    How do I get the MyChart Mobile App?

    To get the Metro Health MyChart Mobile App, you first need a MyChart account. If you don’t have a MyChart account, please ask to sign up at your next visit to your Metro Health physician’s office. To download the MyChart Mobile App go to the “App Store” application on your device. Or, you can access the App Store on a desktop or laptop computer, download the MyChart Mobile App, and install it when your mobile device is synced.     How much does the MyChart Mobile App cost?

    The MyChart Mobile App is free. But, you do need an iPhone, iPad or Android phone to access it.

    How do I get a MyChart account, username and password?

    You can sign up for a Metro Health MyChart account at your local participating Metro Health physicians’ office. Simply ask to sign up, and you’ll be issued a MyChart activation code during your visit. This code will enable you to log in and create your own user ID and password.

  • Is it secure?

    Yes. Security is a crucial component to the Metro Health MyChart Mobile App. These apps utilize the same top-level security that’s used for other sensitive data transferred via the Internet.

    Why doesn’t the link in the ‘New Test Results Message’ work?

    Clicking on “New Test Result Message” link will display a pop-up indicating that the link is not available in the app (only the web site). This is a known issue currently being addressed by the software developer. Please go to “Test Results” to view this information.
