Visitor Policy

Metro Health is asking all patients and visitors to wear a mask or face covering for in person appointments and visitations. Please bring your own mask or face covering with you to your appointment and visitations.

To protect our staff, patients and the community, we are continuing to enforce restricted visitor guidelines during COVID-19. 

As of Tuesday, February 2, 2021, TWO appropriately screened visitors are allowed per patient. Visitors are allowed from 8 am – 8 pm and may not rotate. This includes physician office appointments.

The ONLY exceptions are:

One Adult Visitor:

  • Emergency Department
  • Urgent Care
  • Cancer Center Infusion
  • Surgical and procedural patients

No Visitors Allowed:

  • Covid-19 Confirmed

Visitors under the age of 14 in physician offices may be allowed when appropriate supervision can be provided by the patient or another adult visitor. Visitors under 14 must not be left unattended. Please contact your physician office with any questions about this policy.

A masks or facial covering is required to be worn at all times, including children two years and older.

No visitors under the age of 14 are allowed on the inpatient floors.
