The Wyoming-Kentwood Area Chamber of Commerce has recognized Metro Health with its Outstanding Service Business Award.

Metro Health, which will be relocating its hospital to Wyoming in the
fall of 2007, was one of three businesses recognized by the chamber
during its 26th annual meeting. All three businesses were acknowledged
for their contributions and investments on making South Kent County a
better place to live and work.

"We are honored that Metro Health has been chosen the Outstanding
Service Business by the Wyoming-Kentwood Chamber," said Mike Faas,
president and CEO of Metro Health. "We strive to provide the best
health-care experience to all our stakeholders, from patients and
physicians to employees and the community. As we prepare to move to our
new home in Wyoming, we look forward to deepening our ties in South
Kent County."
