  • Diabetes Prevention Program

    This highly effective program focuses on lifestyle changes and requires a one-year commitment.

    Metro Health is one of only a few organizations in the area chosen by the CDC to provide this innovative program.

    Participants at high risk for type 2 diabetes meet with a trained Lifestyle Coach for 16 weeks and six monthly follow-up sessions.
