Have you always wanted to try yoga but don’t know where to begin? This class is for you! Not only will you learn how to practice yoga, you will learn about its health benefits and how you can apply yoga principles to your daily life. This class will take place outdoors on the Granger Green. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.
