If you want to take your yoga practice to the next level, this is the class for you. In addition to helping you further develop strength and flexibility, this class features vinyasa (flowing from pose to pose). We will also teach yoga principles that you can apply to all aspects of your life. This class will take place outdoors on the Granger Green. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket. In the case of rain, this class will take place virtually.
