Metro Health Park East Urgent Care and Other Services Now Open
Metro Health has now added Urgent Care and more to the growing list of services available at its Metro Health Park East facility.
Conveniently located just off I-96 at 4055 Cascade Road SE, Urgent Care offers walk-in care for non-life-threatening conditions, such as cuts, bruises, sprains, minor injuries, nausea, vomiting, coughs, flu and more. Staffed by physicians from Metro Health’s Emergency Department, the new facility is nearly 11,000 square feet in size and features 10 treatment rooms with space for further expansion.
The Metro Health Park East Urgent Care is open 365 days a year from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The hospital also added laboratory and imaging services to its growing suite of services at the 82,000-square-foot building. The lab is open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. No appointments are necessary for walk-in service, which will provide quick test results.
Imaging provides general X-ray services that are also available by walk-in or appointment from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. The facility has space that will allow for expansion of imaging services as community demand for new services increases.
“We are very pleased to announce another significant expansion of services at Metro Health Park East,” said Mike Faas, president and CEO of Metro Health. “We continue to recognize and respond to the community’s demands for quality, affordable health care services that are conveniently located and easy to access.
“Since we opened the doors of Metro Health Park East in January 2014, we have been incredibly pleased with the response to this centrally located facility.”
