Asthma was nothing new to 9-year-old Parker Middleton and her mom, Bree. But a spiked fever convinced Bree to bring Parker in to Dr. Steve Bargwell. Dr. Bargwell identified the problem immediately through an x-ray, pointing out a cloudy area in Parker’s lungs that resembled “bunny ears.” He explained it was pneumonia, and prescribed medication to get Parker feeling better. Since then, Dr. Bargwell has continued breathing treatments with Parker so she can play without wheezing. Bree can also breathe easier, confident in Dr. Bargwell’s care.
