Metro Health – University of Michigan Health wants to help you and your family make care decisions that produce the best results for you. We also recognize cost is one of many factors to consider, so we post prices for common services
The amount you owe for services is based on your insurance. You are billed your deductible, copay, coinsurance and any non-covered services. This amount cannot be calculated from a list of standard charges. Metro Health’s price estimator tool or your insurance company can help determine what you’ll pay
If you cannot pay your bill in full, we will assist you with Care Payment or you may qualify for financial assistance.
Metro Health offers financial assistance for patients who need or have already received emergency or medically necessary care but cannot afford to pay.
Please note: we provide estimated average prices for many common adult procedures to help with making informed health care decisions. Metro Health’s prices do not include certain physicians’ fees, or anesthesiologist fees. These offices will bill you separately for services and should be able to give you pricing information if you call their office directly. Additionally, your actual price may vary based on pre-existing health conditions and the actual procedure performed.
