Professional Nurses Council Names Chair

Darcy Millon has been named chair of Metro Health Hospital’s Professional Nursing Council.
Millon, a registered nurse who works in the medical-surgical telemetry
unit, will serve a one-year term as PNC chairperson. The PNC is
responsible for supporting the direction of nursing practice, including
developing patient education materials, quality improvement projects
and facilitating projects that lead to improved patient care.
Millon joined Metro Health in 2004. She holds a bachelor of science in nursing.
